This lovely two bedroom one bath apartment, with views of the lovely Ria Formosa, is only a two-minute walk to the beach ferry and the stunning boardwalk. Located in the quaint village of Santa Luzia, with a grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. This lovely home boasts a spacious private rooftop terrace for dining alfresco and enjoying the lovely views of the sea and beyond. Both the main bedroom and the living room have sliding doors to walk out onto a private balcony. The bathroom is recently remodeled and the home also has a third terrace with a table and barbecue.
Setting
Santa Luzia is five minutes by car to Tavira, or about 30 minutes walking. It is a 40 minute drive to Faro airport.

Santa Luzia overlooks Tavira Island, home of three beautiful beaches. The ferry stop is just a few minute walk from the home. One could also walk about 20 minutes and then take the footbridge across to the Barril beach (anchor cemetery). Aside from world, renowned beaches, the charming city of Tavira is five minutes by car. There’s also a nearby golf course and waterfall!
