The accommodation
This lovely two bedroom one bath apartment, with views of the beautiful nature reserve - the Ria Formosa, is only a two-minute walk to the beach ferry and the stunning boardwalk. Located in the quaint village of Santa Luzia, with a grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. This beautiful home features a spacious private rooftop terrace for open-air dining and enjoying the pretty views of the sea and beyond. Both the main bedroom and the living room have sliding doors to walk out onto a private balcony - which also has a table and chairs. The bathroom is recently remodeled and the home also has a third terrace with a table and barbecue.
Setting
Santa Luzia is five minutes by car to Tavira, or about 30 minutes walking. It is a 40 minute drive to Faro airport.

Activities and attractions
Santa Luzia overlooks Tavira Island, home of three beautiful beaches. The ferry stop is just a few minute walk from your home. One could also walk about 20 minutes and then take the footbridge across to the Barril beach (anchor cemetery). Aside from world-renowned beaches, the charming city of Tavira is a short five minutes by car (or ten minutes by bus). There’s also a nearby golf course and waterfall!
