The accommodation

3 minutes walk from Gandía Beach. Located in an urbanization with a doorman all year round. It has a large parking space, Wi-Fi and views of the pool and tennis court. Air conditioning and fans in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and utensils to make you feel at home. 2 of the bedrooms have a queen-size bed (1.35 m wide), a built-in wardrobe and a modern and silent ceiling fan to help you stay cool. The third bedroom has a 90 cm bed that can be converted into a double bed, so it would have a 1.80 m bed. Thermal insulation has recently been installed on walls and windows. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a secondary bathroom. Both include a shower, a shower for intimate hygiene and storage cabinets. The living room has a new air conditioning unit that will distribute fresh air throughout the apartment, a sofa and a flat-screen TV. It also has Wi-Fi. The east-facing terrace is the jewel in the crown of this apartment.

Setting

Very quiet area even in the busiest months of summer, given the privileged location about 2 km from the bustling port where you will find numerous dining options and nightlife. You can reach this lively area on foot via the pedestrian path or bicycle path. Supermarket 200 m away. This is a very family-friendly apartment. Many children of all ages hang out at the pool and on the tennis court. They end up making friends quite easily :D There is a supermarket very close by, and other grocery stores, so you can easily do your shopping. The beach is only 5 minutes away on foot. Along the beach, there is a pedestrian and bicycle path that will take you to the center of Gandia and the port. The path is full of restaurants, ice cream parlors and souvenir shops.
