SHORT TERM RENTAL - Oliveri (ME) - Large two-storey villa not far from the A20 Falcone motorway junction. Fully furnished, located before the city centre in an extremely quiet area.
All rooms are air conditioned.
The sea can be reached in a few minutes.
Ground floor: equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room, lounge, one bedroom.
First floor: four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Total beds 10/11.
Large verandas and surrounding garden.
Bed linen and towels included in the price which varies according to the season and length of stay (minimum 5 days).
Cleaning fee expected at the end of the lease.
The municipality of Oliveri, which implements separate waste collection, requires a tourist tax of €1.50 per day per person with exemption for children up to 10 years.
