Spectacular house in the old town of Villajoyosa

The accommodation

The house has been recently renovated in a modern style, but they have managed to maintain the rustic details that remind us that it is in the heart of the old town.
The entrance is a large room with a very high ceiling and beams that welcomes us to a most comfortable room. In this room there is a large trunk, a coat rack and plenty of space to leave belongings that are not needed inside the house such as bikes, beach items, coats, hats, umbrellas, etc.
From here you will see some stairs that go down to the right and others that go up to the left.
If we go down to the right, we will see a modern bathroom with a walk-in, a sink with its furniture and the toilet.
We continue forward and enter the bedroom with a double bed, an extra single bed, shelving and air conditioning. Just behind it is the laundry area where the washing machine, dryer, iron and furniture for this activity are located.
Further back we can go out to an outdoor terrace where there is a parasol and some chairs to rest on. From here you will see that you are in the heart of the old town with views of the rooftops and the sea, from the privacy of your terrace.
Returning to the entrance, we now go up the stairs on the left and pass through a room, a kind of storage room, which is intended for storing cleaning products, extra sheets, towels and blankets, or other necessary items.
We continue forward and enter the living room where there is a three-seater sofa and two armchairs, also an antique wardrobe and a large TV hanging on the wall.
From the living room, you can enter the main bedroom of the house, with a double bed, a clothes cabinet, a TV on the wall and a modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink with its cabinet and the toilet.
From the living room, you also go to the kitchen with a large L-shaped breakfast bar and 5 high chairs, with a large window that lets natural light into the living room.
The kitchen is very well equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need for a pleasant stay. This includes an American refrigerator/freezer, oven, induction hob, Krups capsule coffee machine, toaster, plates, glasses, cups and other kitchen utensils.
From this kitchen/dining room, you go out to a terrace where there is a large table with 6 chairs. From here you can also go down to the terrace on the ground floor. Here you can enjoy unbeatable views of the sea and the roofs of the houses of the old town.
This home has WiFi throughout the house and also 2 chairs and 1 beach umbrella for you to use outdoors if needed.

Setting

It is located in the historic center of Villajoyosa, surrounded by the famous colorful houses, bars and restaurants, and the beach just a short walk away.
