A South facing bungalow with a large swimming pool, a large dinning and living area with a terrace leading to the pool.
The house consisit of three comfortable bedrooms with two good size bathrooms offering total relaxation for visitors.
A private enclosed garage.
The garden is fully fenced around with greens and a tasteful gate, it is inside the upscale closed and very secure urbanization.
Lime tree in the garden for your refreshing mojitos.
Comfortable dining tables inside or outside for your family meals.
BBQ area is located behind the house.
Alicante Airport is only a 15 min drive away all on the motorway.
Three minutes away from Bonalba a beautiful sea side town of El Campello with amazing beaches and a lovely promenade for your walks and to enjoy a sea side wih a number of restaurants, bars and hotels.
El Campello has great transportaion links buses and trains to Alicante, Benidorm, Denia. You can take a ride to Alicante where you can enjoy the old city and the stunning Castle of Santa Barbara and a buzzing night-life or you may visit Benidorm to spend a day out in the Aquapark or Terra Mitica.
