Setting

Dear guests and travelers,
Our house is located in a quiet urbanization next to the sea to the east of Marbella and just 6 km from the center. It has been renovated in 2025. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has hot/cold air conditioning.
From the living room there is access to a furnished covered porch, a private garden which has a barbecue and sun loungers to relax, you will also find the private pool (about 3 m in diameter) to cool off or for the children to play when they are not on the beach. You can use the outdoor shower when you arrive from the beach, which is just a 2-minute walk away.
Two bedrooms with hot/cold air conditioning and double beds (150x200) with direct access to a beautiful sunny patio in the morning, as well as two complete bathrooms with heating, one of them en suite.
The house is equipped with satellite television and internet. The car can be parked on the street near the house normally without problem. The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away.
Very close (within a radius of 350 m) you will find numerous beach bars where you can eat, dine or even have a drink.
From Costabella you can take day trips to Gibraltar, Seville, Cordoba or Granada.
