Gran Villa La Nucia is located 2 minutes from the Ponoch mountain (León Dormido) where you can do activities such as hiking, Via ferrata, climbing and canyoning. 15 minutes from: “Fuentes del Algar”. 8 km from Guadalest. 10 minutes from the center of Benidorm. It has a barbecue area, tennis court, skate court, swimming pool, petanque, table football, mini American billiards (no coins needed), scoring soccer goal, mini ping pong, totally free. Relax-Chill Out and reading area, books for adults and books for children, etc. 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. Air conditioning/heating in all rooms. 4 bathrooms (2 of them, 1 in each room on the main floor, 1 in the hallway on the main floor and 1 in the bedroom on the lower floor). It has 3 double beds and 2 single beds together on the main floor. 2 double beds and 2 single beds, all together on the upper loft floor. 1 independent bedroom with a double bed on the lower floor with its own bathroom with shower. Villa with sea and mountain views. Living room with two sofas, fireplace and large 55-inch Smart TV. And entrance room to the house with 1 sofa and Smart TV.

Large kitchen complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, capsule coffee maker and traditional coffee maker, toaster, mixer, various pots and pressure cooker, flat and deep plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pans and various common kitchen utensils. IMPORTANT: The house is normally prepared for 16 people. If there are 18 people, a supplement of €19 per person per night will be charged to adapt the house with 1 additional double bed that will be placed in the lower room of the house next to the existing double bed separated from each other by a curtain sharing the space and the bathroom with shower. In the case of 20 people, you would have to hire the complete apartment that is completely independent of the house next to the pool and 10 meters from the villa, its use is NOT INCLUDED in the price of the reservation fee and the for which a supplement of €90 per night would be paid directly at the house. It is equipped with 2 sofas, kitchenette with ceramic hob, sink, refrigerator, air conditioning, table with chairs, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower adapted for people with wheelchairs or reduced mobility. In the "Rooms and spaces" section of the advertisement, 6 rooms and 10 beds appear generically. If there were 18 guests, 1 more double bed would be enabled next to the existing one on the lower floor and it would count as a room separated by a curtain and sharing the bathroom with shower. And if there were 20 people and the independent apartment "Angar" had been hired, we would have 1 more room with a double bed and one more bathroom with a shower. Therefore, the total number of bedrooms would be 8 and 12 beds (8 doubles and 4 singles of 90cm).
