Spacious and bright 110m2 penthouse/duplex located in the center of the beautiful fishing village of Ampolla, next to all services without having to take a car, 500m from the beach.
The accommodation consists of two floors:
Ground floor: a bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen. A toilet, two balconies.
Second floor:
A double room with access to a 20m2 terrace with magnificent views of the mountains. A bathroom with shower.
Another double room (suite) with access to a balcony. 150m2 beds with high quality mattresses.
Third room with a single bed.
The accommodation has air conditioning with heat pump, flat screen Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube), two spaces in the underground garage, Wi-Fi. All rooms are exterior with balconies and double windows. Third floor with elevator.

The apartment is located in the centre of the beautiful fishing village of Ampolla, close to all services without having to take a car, 500m from the beach.
Ampolla is known for its gastronomy and beaches. There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a medical centre (CAP), train station and other services throughout the year.
Direct access to the Ap7 motorway; 40km to Port Aventura, 65km to Reus airport, 150km to Barcelona airport. Access is via the N 340 road and the AP7 motorway. You can also get there by train, whose station is about 250 metres from the Residential.
Activities and attractions
Ampolla is a seaside town with just over 3,500 inhabitants. There are eight beaches, two of which have been awarded the Blue Flag, with a variety of configurations: from sandy beaches with calm, shallow waters to beaches surrounded by reddish cliffs. This landscape mosaic and its Mediterranean climate have made L’Ampolla a quality tourist destination. Direct access to the AP7 motorway; 40km to Port Aventura, 5km to Reus airport, 150km to Barcelona airport. Access is via the N 340 road and the AP7 motorway. You can also get there by train, whose station is located about 1000 metres from the Residential Complex.
