The cozy apartment has a functional decoration, with traditional furniture, stoneware floors, white walls and lots of space and light.
Layout
Dining room with direct access to the terrace has air conditioning, Smart TV cabinet, sofa, coffee table and dining table with chairs.
Kitchen with all appliances, such as a ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and coffee maker. It also has enough storage space and kitchenware, cutlery and crockery for cooking and eating in the apartment.
Bedrooms Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and another with two single beds. Both have a built-in wardrobe to store all the guests' luggage.
Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin with mirror, WC and bidet. All the toilets are new and the bathroom stands out for its cleanliness.
Terrace with access from the living room, with table and chairs to eat or chat quietly, overlooking the communal pool. Many of our clients tell us that having breakfast on the terrace is a luxury.
Pool Two community pools, one for adults and one for children in a beautiful garden area. * The community pool opens for the user on June 10 and closes on September 20
Free parking spaceThe closest beaches are La Fontanilla and Playa del Chorrillo, where some of the most famous beach bars are located, such as Curro Jimenez or El Huerto. In them you can enjoy homemade food and taste tuna cooked in different ways.
From the apartment you can also walk to the center of town; taking Torre de Roche street, we arrive at Gonzálo Sánchez Fuentes street and, if we turn right we have the commercial area of La Bodega with shoe store, clothing store, hardware store, cafeteria, supermarket, bakery, bars, the Mercado de Abastos where we can buy local fish and meat.
From the Plaza de Blas Infante, if we take Rosa de los Vientos street, we arrive at the historic center of Conil.
