The accommodation
A comfortable, well-furnished and equipped apartment with a large roof terrace, located on the top floor of a 3-storey block. There are lifts and underground parking available. Ideally located just a 5 minute walk to Alvor centre with its quaint narrow streets and numerous bars and restaurants and 7 minute walk to the beautiful and large beach. There is a well-equipped supermarket close by.
Apartment has its own private roof terrace (300m2) with patio furniture, sun loungers and electric awning.

Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin.

Setting
The complex has a good-sized adult and separate children’s swimming pool. The pool area is clean and equipped with free sun loungers and sunshades. A tennis court is on site and racquet hire is available from reception. On site there is a mini market for essentials, snack bars and café/restaurants which offer delicious snacks and light meals.
Activities and attractions
Alvor’s superb beach is just 5 to 7 minutes walk away with a number of beach cafes. There are plenty of sun beds for hire and all the usual beach activities. The beach is beautiful and large enough not to get overcrowded. Nature lovers should visit the marshland, saltpans and mudflats of the Alvor estuary which is great for birdwatching. Take a short or long walk along the coast to the harbour and see the local fishermen bringing in their morning catch. Lunch on fresh charcoal-grilled sardines at one of the many harbour cafes with views across the river estuary.
