The accommodation

Villa Santos offers great views of the sea and surrounding mountains from several terraces. You can park a car in the carport on the property or, after shopping, leave it right in front of the garden gate. The well-kept garden offers grassy areas as well as a variety of plants and sunny and shady areas. There is a sun terrace on the roof with a great view. There are also seating areas in the shade at any time of day and a covered terrace with direct access to the living room. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with separately adjustable air conditioning systems. There is a fireplace in the living room. The rooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished. Wifi, Internet TV, DVB-T and satellite (ASTRA) offer modern entertainment. In addition to the large garden belonging to the villa, there is a communal area with a large swimming pool.

Setting

The centre of Pedreguer can be reached in around 5 minutes by car. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafés await your visit there. A large shopping centre, several sandy beaches and the town of Dénia are around 15-20 minutes away.

Activities and attractions

From the house you can reach hiking trails on foot that lead to Castel d'Ocaive or the center of Pedreguer. In the area there are many points with spectacular views of the sea and landscape, as well as many beaches, picturesque towns or several golf courses and the Montgo Nature Park. Just a few kilometers away is the stalactite cave "Cova de les Calaveres" near Benidoleig. The "Font Salada" is about 30 km away.
