The accommodation

Cozy and bright apartment, perfect for both leisure and work stays. The accommodation has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably hosting up to 4 people. It includes a fully equipped bathroom and everything you need to make you feel at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, including basic cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, a coffee maker, and a microwave. It also features an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer, all designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The wooden flooring adds a warm touch to the space, and the apartment is very well-maintained.

The building offers a swimming pool available during the summer season and 24-hour concierge service, ideal for any needs that may arise. Parking is not a problem: there is ample parking space in the surrounding area, and we offer optional underground parking for €5 per day.

The location is excellent, well-connected by public transport, and just 10 minutes from the center of Seville. Additionally, it is close to a shopping center, perfect for shopping or enjoying leisure activities. Ideal for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and an unforgettable experience.
