The accommodation

This modern flat welcomes 4+1 people for a getaway to the Orihuela Costa.The exteriors of this flat have a communal chlorine swimming pool measuring 12 metres long and 4 metres wide, with a depth of between 0.80 and 1.80 metres. The communal terrace has a garden area where you can sunbathe. The flat has a furnished terrace where you can sit and have breakfast outside.

Located on the first floor with a lift, the modern interior of the flat features a bright and spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. With a large sofa-bed where you can relax and watch movies on the Smart TV under the air conditioning, it is the ideal space in which to unwind. The induction cooker is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay and has a table where you can eat with your companions. When it is time to sleep, the flat has two bedrooms, both with wardrobes and A/C, the first with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and the second with a double bed. There is another bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot will be provided. There is a washing machine and iron for your use during your stay.

The Orihuela coastline, known as the Costa Blanca, has more than 16 kilometres of coastline with beaches such as La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Playa de la Glea, 10 minutes away, which alternate crystal clear waters and fine sand with picturesque rocky coves ideal for diving and snorkelling. The area has modern promenades that invite you to enjoy its gastronomy thanks to the diversity of bars and restaurants. Nearby is the charming town of Torrevieja, famous for its salt pans and natural parks.

The swimming pool is open all year round from 10:00h to 22:00h.
