Excellent 69 m² ground floor apartment in the centre of Ericeira, right in front of the beach, with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.
It has a living room with TV and sofa (which is a sofa bed), two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
It also has internet access (wifi) and a hair dryer.
It is located 10m from Praia dos Pescadores and 130m from Praça da Republica, one of the most central and iconic places in Ericeira, where there are terraces, restaurants and a wide range of shops, including a supermarket, pharmacy, clothing stores, home decor, hairdresser and beauty salon, gastronomy shops and traditional items, among others. If you don\'t want to go out of Ericeira, you won\'t need to use your car at all during your holidays!

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
