The accommodation

Cala Sassari - Pieds dans l'eau is a semi-detached house with direct access to the sea, a few steps from the beach of Punta Pedrosa and Cala Sassari. The island of Tavolara and the island of Figarolo are 5 minutes away by boat.
The house, recently renovated, has large spaces and is perfect for a stay with family or in the company of friends. Inside the spaces are large and bright characterized by wooden vaults and large windows.
The living area has a large linear kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. A comfortable table for 6 people in the center of the room and a corner sofa from which to admire the garden and sea view. The sleeping area has 1 double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a second bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a third bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower.
From the living area it is possible to directly access the veranda/terrace overlooking the sea from which it is possible to reach the sea via a pedestrian path and place inside the property.
The house is complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and outdoor shower.

The sunbathing area is shared with the property next door which is shown in the photos with white wooden railings. Both properties have separate accesses and separate, independent parking spaces.

To respect the environment, take care to turn off the air conditioning and lights in the house when you are not present during the day.
Avoid shouting and shouting during the most delicate hours and in condominium spaces.
Take care of separate waste collection and throw away waste upon departure.
Please turn off all lights and devices when checking out.
Once the door is closed, do not leave the keys in the lock. You can insert them into the safe and be careful to enter the code again and mix up the numbers so as not to reopen the safe.

In a few minutes of navigation it is possible to reach the beach of Cala Moresca, Capo Figari or the island of Tavolare.
Cala Moresca and Capo Figari can also be reached by car by parking the car in dedicated areas.
Punta Pedrosa is located in a strategic and central position with respect to the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the most glamorous locations. In fact, it is 14 km from the Costa Smeralda, 12 km from the city of Olbia and San Pantaleo.

The cost of cleaning also includes linen service (sheets + towels per person)

It is important to know that:

Guests are asked to dispose of waste before check-out in compliance with separate waste collection.

A paid shuttle service TO and FROM the airport/port/station is available upon reservation.

The house is located inside a closed street. The parking space is free on site near the house.
Guests will be able to enjoy the garden of the house and access to the sea and reach the beach of Cala Sassari in a few minutes by car or on foot, while by car it is possible to reach the Spiaggia Bianca Beach, the town of Golfo Aranci, Porto Rotondo and the city of Olbia by car .

Activities and attractions

Casa Sassari - Pieds dans l'eau is located in a quiet and private setting surrounded by independent homes with access to the sea.
From the property it is possible to directly access the sea via a pedestrian path inside the house.
A few minutes on foot you can reach the cove of Punta Pedrosa and the beach of Cala Sassari, which can also be reached by car.
By car or scooter it is possible to reach Golfo Aranci, Porto Rotondo, the Costa Smeralda (15 minutes), the city of Olbia and its airport (14km) or the port (12km).
