The accommodation

The Relaxing Garden Apartment is located in Portisco, at the gates of the Costa Smeralda and a stone's throw from beautiful beaches of fine sand.
Located on the ground floor of the Piazza condominium, at the entrance we are welcomed by a large, green garden with a built-in lounge, dining table, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and outdoor shower. Inside, the apartment consists of a living room with a second dining table, double sofa bed, separate kitchen complete with kitchenette, fridge, freezer and kettle. The bedrooms have a double bed in each and large wardrobes to store your clothes. One bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, the second bedroom is not. There is a second air conditioning system in the room suitable for cooling the entire house. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and bathtub. The washing machine is located outside in the garden. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is complete with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and smart TV.

Relaxing Garden Apartment is a pleasant apartment equipped with every comfort.
To respect the environment, take care to turn off the air conditioning and lights in the house when you are not present during the day.
Avoid shouting and shouting during the most delicate hours and in condominium spaces.
Take care of separate waste collection and throw away waste upon departure.
Please turn off all lights and devices when checking out.
Once the door is closed, do not leave the keys in the lock. You can insert them into the safe and be careful to enter the code again and mix up the numbers so as not to reopen the safe.

The cost of cleaning also includes linen service (sheets + towels per person)

Portisco is located in a strategic and central position with respect to the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the most glamorous locations. It is in fact 13.9 km from the town of Porto Cervo, 14 km from the town of Porto Rotondo and only 4 km from the village of San Pantaleo.

Portisco Beach, Rena Bianca Beach and other wonderful coves are nearby and can be reached on foot or comfortably by car with free parking near the beach.

At the Marina di Portisco, reachable on foot in a few minutes, you will find a mini-market, you can rent cars, scooters and dinghies, book excursions and boat trips and take advantage of cocktail bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

There is a medical service within the Portisco Consortium. Times and rates available on site.

The structure observes rules to protect the environment.
Guests are asked to dispose of waste before checking out in compliance with separate waste collection.

A shuttle service FROM and TO the airport / port / station is available upon reservation for a fee.

Setting

The apartment offers a free shared parking space inside the "Piazza" car park.
Inside the Village of Portisco there are common gardens, children's playgrounds and a basketball court available to guests.
From the apartment it is possible to reach on foot or by car the Portisco Marina, the small free beaches or the Portisco Beach and the beautiful Rena Bianca.
On the hottest days we recommend reaching the beaches by car or scooter and making use of the free parking spaces reserved for the Village near them.
Inside the Portisco Marina there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a supermarket and a laundry. In addition, you can rent a dinghy, book an excursion or rent a car or scooter.

Portisco is a small village on the outskirts of the Costa Smeralda. Inside there are beautiful beaches of fine white sand and crystal clear water.
The apartment is located a stone's throw from the Marina di Portisco, one of the most important marinas in Northern Sardinia, where it is possible to take advantage of many services to accompany your holiday. Among these, the rental of boats and dinghies, booking an excursion or eating at the restaurants or pizzerias present or drinking excellent cocktails. Among the services there is also a supermarket and a laundry service.

Just 4 km away you can reach the charming village of San Pantaleo and 15 minutes by car the famous Porto Cervo with its famous beaches and Porto Rotondo.

Portisco is only 15 km from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and the Port of Olbia.
