Accommodating up to 4 guests, this apartment offers a cozy and bright living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed and access to a spacious terrace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom features 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower. Additionally, air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure your comfort at all times. Enjoy a large sunny communal pool and spacious terraces with loungers available for guest use.

The location is unbeatable: just 300 meters from Arenal Beach and the vibrant promenade lined with restaurants, bars, and shops. Children will love the funfair located 1.5 km away, and for those seeking activity, multiple hiking trails, sports facilities, and the municipal pool are just steps away.

Summer: Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00

Winter: Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00

Key collection at the office starting at 4:00 PM.

For arrivals outside office hours: Request instructions for key collection.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Check-in Procedure:

-Present ID for all guests.
-Security deposit via card: €150. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
-Payment for additional services, if requested.
-Pets: With prior authorization; a surcharge applies.

House Rules:

-No smoking or parties allowed in the accommodation.
-Respect the maximum number of guests according to the reservation.
-When leaving, please return the keys, take out the trash, and clean any used dishes.

Check-in procedure:

- It is compulsory to present documentation of all guests.
- Deposit 150€ deposit and pay additional services if requested.
- Sign the rental contract.

- Respect the limit of guests according to reservation.
