Living/dining roomnbsp; The living room is equipped with a fireplace, sofa, coffee table, TV and dining table with chairs.

Very large independent kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, sink, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker and kitchen utensils to prepare a homemade meal and eat in the chalet.

Bedrooms Four bedrooms, one with a double bed on the ground floor, another with another double bed on the first floor with a bathroom and another two with a single bed and another two with a bunk bed. Bed linen is included in the rental.

Three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bathtub.

Perfect community pool for children and adults to enjoy. The urbanization is very quiet and has green areas and a paddle tennis court.

The house is located in a very quiet area, next to a public park and large children's areas. With good access to La Barrosa beach, Conil, Los Caños or Vejer. Close to large supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl...) and bars and restaurants.

Barrosa beach is just 2 minutes away by car.

Pets are accepted upon request and supplement.

Reception hours are from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. After this time, a supplement of €20 will be charged until 11pm and €30 onwards.
