Located in the heart of Tuscia just a stone's throw from Lake Vico and the City of the Popes with its renowned thermal baths, Casale delle Sette Querce is a beautiful historic residence from the early 1800s that has been restored with full respect for its history and eco-sustainability.

Setting

The farmhouse is reached by following a driveway path immersed in the woods, marked as the path of the Pilgrims of the ancient Via Francigena, which leads through a motorized wooden gate, to the driveway and parking area inside the property.

The residence stands within a private park of more than one hectare, featuring several tall trees, including numerous chestnut trees and the seven centuries-old oaks from which it takes its name. Inside, a beautiful wooden swimming pool with its solarium dominates the view of the valley below.

At the entrance from the ground floor is the living area divided into kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, a service bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a beautiful wooden veranda from which you can directly access the park and reach the parking area and swimming pool.
