The accommodation

THE APARTMENT
IlMareaDuePassi is a separate home but part of a condominium whose entrance is located to the right of the apartment door, so respect for quiet hours is required.
For common areas, in the case of pets, please always keep them on a leash when leaving the apartment.
If there is something wrong in the house or you need help, do not hesitate to contact me.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
However, in the condominium entrance driveway you can smoke without any worries and an ashtray is also available at the entrance.
Any damage, such as burn marks and black holes on furniture, floors, linens, tablecloths, etc., will be charged at the replacement value.
THE KITCHEN LIVING ROOM
The kitchen is equipped with a sofa, Smart TV and all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and rice cooker.
At your disposal coffee, tea, sugar for a moment of relaxation that you can find in the last drawer of the kitchen, under the coffee machine.
Here you can also find the condiments: salt, pepper, chili pepper, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
The current coffee table is part of my latest Harley 883. It was made by a dear craftsman friend of mine at my request. I wanted to give all the visibility possible to the details, but having to sacrifice a little stability.
You can place light things on it but not sit on it or rest your feet on it.
In the kitchen, under the sink you can find everything you need to wash the dishes and use the dishwasher. Also under the sink you can find some bins that I ask you to use to separate your waste. We separate into: plastic, metal, paper and organic waste, glass and undifferentiated. Above each bin I have indicated what it refers to and the day of collection by the municipality.
In the case of stays longer than 3 nights, the day before collection, from 8:00 pm onwards, you can place the reference bin, with the waste bags inside, outside the gate.
You can find all the bins in the box to the side of the garage, on the left.
Please avoid putting the bins out after 6:00 am on the morning of collection, as the operators have already passed by.
In the various cupboards you will find towels, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses and everything I thought could be useful to you during your stay.
I ask you to kindly put clean cutlery, pots and equipment in the cupboards and never move the grey box under the coat rack behind the door. It acts as a door stop and prevents it from hitting the coat rack shelf, damaging it.

THE BEDROOM
Large and bright, it overlooks the condominium courtyard, where, in front of the bedroom window, you can, if necessary, place the drying rack and hang out your clothes.
The room is equipped with a double bed, large wardrobe and desk.
In the wardrobe you will also find a portable fan, in case you need it.

THE BATHROOM
In the bathroom you will find towels, spare toilet paper and a washing machine.
The large shower is equipped with a dispenser with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
On the shelves to the right of the sink there are an emergency box, an iron and all the products for doing laundry, so you don't have to buy them! Behind the door you will also find a drying rack to hang out your clothes and, if you need it, an iron and ironing board.
In the cabinet under the sink there are a hairdryer and straighteners.
Please do not dispose of hygiene products or leftovers from meals in the toilet.
