Unique penthouse with amazing views in Villajoyosa

The accommodation

This apartment has been made to measure for their lucky owners.
It has 150m2 divided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining room and a big kitchen, and then 100m2 roof top terrace.
When you enter you can feel the comfort in its layoout. The first thing you see on your left is the living room with a nice big L-shaped sofa, Smart TV (adapted so that you can use your own Apple TV or Chromecast), chimney and big windows to the amazing sea view. Also in this room is the dining area with a table and chairs for 6, also two armchairs with feet rest in which to relax overviewing the sea. There are two sliding doors that take you to the terrace from this room.
Back in the entrance, now on your right hand side, you wil lfind the kitchen.
This one is a very well organised one, modern and has everything you might need for a confortable stay. Very spacious and practical with a lot of storage space. It even has a round table and 4 chairs in the centre. Fully equiped with fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine (filter), kettle and also a drinking water tap. The water boiler is electric.
There are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a nice big double bed, a big window with a lot of natural light and a very big fitted wardrobe all along the wall with a lot of storage space. Also an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, big mirors and very nicely decorated.
The second bedroom has two beds and a window to let the natural light in. One is a double bed (140cms) and the other is an individual bed (90cm) so three people can sleep here if needed.
The third bedroom can be used as a working, studying, or reading area as well as a bedroom for two, as it has nice fitted shelves and lower cabinets as well as a fitted wardrobe and an armchair. This room also has natural light and is very nicely decorated.
The second bathroom is at the end of the corridor; it has a bathtub with a shower screen and is nicely decorated with bright colours.
The house has WIFI and aircon Hot/Cold thorughout.
From the centre of the apartment some stairs take us to the upper floor, where the big terrace is and also the small secret second living area of the house.
The roof terrace is approx. 100m2 and is divided in two areas. The one looking at the sea has some nice sun lounges, a table with 6 chairs and a special breakfast or cocktail bar overlooking the sea with high stool chairs to sit on. There are some retractable awnings intstalled in order to be able to enjoy this terrace also during the day on sunny summer days. On the back side of this terrace, there is also a nice area with another table and four chairs, and more chairs distributed around the terrace, with views to the other part of town and the mountains on the back.
The secret here is the small built in area that can be accessed from both sides of this terrace. Here you can find a small kitchen with a sink, a small ceramic hob, a fridge, and also dishes, glasses and utensils and towels for the lounges. There is also a small room with a WC and a washing machine. If you want to stay fit, you will be able to do so as there is a bicycle, some gym mats and kettlebells at your disposal!
There is a parking space in the basement is available if needed.

Setting

The apartment is situated in the best part of town as it is very near the beach (just a short walk down), near supermakets and not far away from the old town where you can find bars and restaurants.
