The accommodation
This townhouse is divided in three floors. On the ground floor, where you enter the house, there is a livingroom with terrace on both sides and also access to a nice private garden, Good size and fully fitted kitchen and a guest toilet on the same floor.
There are 3 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, (one on suite) on the first floor. All fully fitted and very comfortable. On the roof top, there is a solarium with both sea and mountain views, suny all day. Airconditioning - heathpump in all bedrooms and livingroom.
Setting
The property is only 300m away from the towncenter and 800 m from the beach. Comunity swimming pool and easy parking on the street.
