Apartment with balcony right in the center of Ericeira, with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people.
This 70 m² apartment is located in the center of the village, approximately 400 m from supermarkets and beaches.
It has a living room with sofa and TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher , crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
It also has a pleasant balcony, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer and heating with electric radiators.

note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
