Excellent apartment in Ericeira with a balcony, sea view, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.The apartment has 121 m² and is located in a very quiet area near the centre of Ericeira (walking distance).It has a living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area, three bedrooms with double bed, one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and electric kettle and a balcony with outdoor furniture.It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, electric radiator heating and air conditioning.Note:We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
