Cozy basement apartment in a lovely cottage, ideal for 3 people, but thanks to the sofa bed can accommodate up to 5. Fully furnished, with separate entrance via somewhat steep staircase. Within walking distance of Arcore station. Near the house there is a large public parking lot. Within walking distance is Villa Borromeo d'Adda, perfect for walking or jogging. 10 minutes by car or train from Monza Park and the Duomo Museum, and only 30 minutes by train from downtown Milan!

Interior Spaces
The recently renovated apartment is located in the basement of a small villa with a separate entrance via a staircase. It is cozy and functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Bedrooms.
The accommodation has a double bed, a single bed located in a small separate room, and a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating up to 5 people. The apartment is especially suitable for families or small groups of friends.

Kitchen
The kitchen is open and fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. There is also a dining table with chairs for eating together.

Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a shower, washbasin, mirror, toilet and bidet, and washing machine.

Connections

The apartment is only 300 meters from the train station and bus terminal, so you can reach the center of Monza, Milan, Como and Lecco in a few minutes.

Monza is only 10 minutes by car and one train stop from the apartment.

The Monza Park and racetrack, famous for the Formula 1 Grand Prix, are easily reached in about 10 to 15 minutes, either by car or public transport, being about 5 km from the accommodation.

The historic center of Monza, which includes the Duomo Museum, is also about 10 minutes away by car, and is an ideal destination for those interested in art and culture.

The U-Power Stadium in Monza, is only about 8 minutes away by car.
