The accommodation

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed of 135 cm and another bedroom with 2 bunk beds, ideal for both adults and children. The living room and kitchen are in a single space of 30 square metres with new furniture. The living room has a 75 inch television with two comfortable sofas and an armchair. The dining area has a table for 6 people with 6 chairs around it. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine. A tumble dryer is available for drying clothes in a courtyard or inside the apartment. A long hallway leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom with its brand new shower. The whole house has radiator heating throughout the apartment. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. There are gas bottles for cooking which are always at your disposal and you do not have to worry about running out of gas as there are always replacements. There is good quality wifi throughout the house and you will be able to access your Netflix or Amazon Prime Video account as there is a 75 inch Smart TV.

You can park just outside the entrance door, but this is not a designated parking area. If it is full there is a public car park 5 minutes walk away. You will feel comfortable in this apartment because it has everything and families with children will love it. Everything is close at hand, the Almocabar gate that connects to the old town is 3 minutes walk away and in the same square there are some shops.
