The accommodation

Detached house, well-kept, air-conditioned and very comfortable, on the terrace a pleasant white wooden gazebo for outdoor dinners and lunches.
It has 6, up to 8 beds, not bunk beds, located about 700 meters from the sandy beach of Porto Cesareo, surrounded by the greenery of the olive trees of Puglia.

Composed of:
- large living room / kitchen with fireplace
- 1 very spacious double bedroom, with in addition to the double bed also a single bed for small guests
- 1 large and bright bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed
- 1 bedroom where they are inserted: wardrobe - 1 double bed or two single beds and wall cabinet, if necessary it becomes the third double bedroom.
- exclusive terrace on solar area, partially covered with wooden gazebo as shown in the photo
- 1 bathroom with shower
- rear courtyard with service shower
- laundry room equipped with washing machine.
- covered veranda of about 45 square meters in front of the facade

Reserved parking space for two cars on the private road where the house is located.

The kitchen is equipped with: cutlery, pots and pans of various sizes in steel and non-stick, 2 coffee makers, glasses, milk and coffee cups, plastic containers and various furnishings to organize excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners even for large families.

In the kitchen you will find tablecloths, pot holders, oven gloves and tea towels available.

The external doors and windows are protected by mosquito nets.

The accommodation has all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay such as: very efficient air conditioning in the three bedrooms, or for those who prefer there are also ceiling fans, - vacuum cleaner, hob, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, water heater, television, washing machine, barbecue for outdoor grilling.

The rent includes water, gas and electricity consumption.

Bed and bath linen will be provided only on request at €10 per person.
Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 will be paid, which will be returned upon departure if there are no damages.

In the case of animals, a cleaning fee of €30 will be requested

A deposit is required to be agreed with the owners for the reservation.

Arrival is scheduled no earlier than 4:30 pm, while for departure guests are required to vacate the house by 9 am

Equipped and free beaches are available a few minutes' walk away, while about 700 meters away there is an excellent Conad supermarket with an adjoining bar with tables, for excellent breakfasts and outdoor aperitifs.

The center of Porto Cesareo is about 1.2 km away.

Porto Cesareo overlooks the Ionian Sea and is characterized by long and sandy beaches, the crystal clear sea with rich seabeds, the dunes of white sand.

A few dozen kilometers away are very famous towns on the Salento coast such as Gallipoli, Otranto which offer not only a wonderful sea, but also history and culture. You can visit the city of Lecce which fascinates visitors for its monuments and buildings in Lecce Baroque, its warm and enjoyable atmosphere, but above all for its gastronomic delights.

Guests upon departure are asked to leave the house tidy and with clean plates, dishes and hob. Arrival is scheduled for 4:30 pm, while for departure guests are required to vacate the house at 9:30 am.
