Discover Villa Alice, a charming Algarve-style villa located in the parish of Albufeira and Guia, perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This spacious and well-equipped property is ideal for groups and families seeking a welcoming and tranquil environment.
Villa Alice accommodates 8+2 guests and features two main bedrooms in the main house: an elegant double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a comfortable twin bedroom. Additionally, a poolside annex offers two extra twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower, providing additional space and privacy for all guests.
The common areas are designed to maximize comfort and togetherness. The open-plan living room and kitchen are ideal for leisure and shared meals. Outside, you’ll find a charming porch with a dining table, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals while overlooking the pool. A barbecue area is also available for your gatherings.
The entire property is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere during your stay, regardless of the season. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and tranquillity at Villa Alice, where every detail is designed to make your stay unforgettable.
It is recommended to rent a car, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.
Prices for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
