- In case of leaving the house in bad condition or very dirty, the cost of this will be deducted from the deposit.
- Passport or DNI details should be provide to the property to be reported to Spanish police
- The tourist tax is not included and it should be paid by the guest.
- All payments should be by bank.
-The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay according to the policies. It may take 7 days to make the return order.
- The loss of the apartment key will imply an extra cost of 500 euros.
- Due to new regulations, an additional extra cost will be charged in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or high capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs. .
