A 4x4 meter pool offers a refreshing spot to soak up the sun. The spacious garden is perfect for outdoor games and moments of rest. Two porches provide shaded areas to enjoy outdoor meals. Additionally, there's a fixed barbecue for cooking delicious grills. An outdoor bathroom with shower (cold water only) completes the outdoor area. Furthermore, despite having close neighbours, there is total privacy.

The interior of this single-story house is designed to offer comfort and entertainment. The living room features a cosy fireplace, air conditioning, and a Smart TV, creating a perfect space to unwind. The dining area, open to the living room, allows for enjoyable meals in good company. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, has everything needed to prepare delicious homemade meals. Four bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, fans, and wardrobes, offer restful sleep. Additionally, a crib is available upon request. The house boasts a full bathroom with shower. Four fans and an air conditioner in the living room ensure a cool atmosphere on warm days.

The property is located close to a variety of activities and interesting places to explore. Enjoy the spectacular beaches in the area, such as La Barrosa and Sancti Petri, perfect for sunbathing and water sports. Also, explore the old town of Chiclana with its whitewashed streets, lively squares, and the Church of San Juan Bautista.
