Renovated one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning located on La Fossa beach, an ideal setting for families with children or couples seeking tranquility and the enjoyment of a beautiful sandy beach. The apartment features one bedroom, a cozy living-dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a complete bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with stunning views of the sea and the pools.

The building offers pool areas and a solarium, perfect for relaxing under the sun.

Calpe, a picturesque fishing village, is known for its ideal climate for beach and sun tourism. Its fine, white sandy beaches have made this town a renowned tourist destination.

Just a few kilometers from the apartment, you will find major leisure attractions such as TERRA MITICA, AQUALANDIA, TERRANATURA, MUNDOMAR, and BENIDORM PALACE. In our office, we also offer discounted tickets to these parks.

During July and August, street parking is paid, but the rest of the year, it is free. Just 100 meters away, to the right as you exit the building, there is a bus stop that takes you to the center of Calpe or on a tour around the town’s key spots. The bus can also drop you off at the train station, where you can visit nearby towns and enjoy spectacular views during the journey.

Parking is not included in the price; it has an additional cost and must be reserved in advance.
The parking spots are €70 per week, and closed garages are €90 per week.
A security deposit of €300 is required and must be paid in CASH upon arrival.
For rentals of 28 days or more, electricity is not included.

Setting

With the same key used for the building entrance, you can access the pool area and the different entrances to the building. Please respect the usage rules posted on the pool entrance door.
