The house spans three floors. On the first floor, you are greeted by a carefully decorated space that retains its rustic charm, with wooden details that evoke the warmth of authenticity. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a blender, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher—everything you need to prepare delicious meals with ease, perfect for enjoying a quiet lunch or dinner at home.

Further in, the living-dining room opens up to a Mediterranean-style interior patio. This area features a dining table and a sofa where the fireplace creates the perfect cozy ambiance for your stay.

The second floor has two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort during the warmer months, and a bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.50m, while the second bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.35m and a single bed of 0.90m, ideal for friends or family traveling together.
