Spectacular 2 bedroom apartment in a safe and well looked after residential complex in the outskirts of Villajoyosa.
As you enter the apartment you walk straight in to the nice and big open kitchen, fully equiped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc, all new, as well as a laundry room where the washing machine is. Pass the kitchen and you are already in the living room, decorated in a high standard with nice sofas and furniture, very elegant but also very comfortable. From the living room there are some nice big sliding doors to bring you out to the amazing terrace overlooking the sea. Terrace has modern outside furniture.
