The accommodation

Welcome to this charming flat, ideal for a holiday for 4+2 people and only 3 minutes drive from the beach of Marbella.Outside, there is a magnificent shared chlorine pool, 16 metres long and 3-5 metres wide, with a depth varying between 1.10 and 2 metres, perfect for cooling off on sunny days. There is also a children's pool for the little ones.

The flat is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift and is distributed over two floors. Upon entering you will find a gas kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. From here, there is direct access to the terrace with a barbecue, which facilitates outdoor dining. The air-conditioned living/dining room with Smart TV is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventures. The sofa bed is ideal for two guests. Also on this floor is a full bathroom with shower.

Going up to the first floor you will discover two bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a terrace with a chill-out area and a rocking chair, ideal for relaxing. Another terrace with sun loungers is perfect for sunbathing in total privacy. A second bathroom with shower completes the flat's amenities ensuring that all guests have the necessary space.

The flat is located in an area close to Marbella, the perfect coastal town for a holiday of sun and beach without renouncing to the comforts. If you fancy a swim, the Cable beach is only 3 minutes away by car. If you would also like to discover the culture of Marbella, we recommend a stroll through the streets of the historic centre of the city, stop at the Plaza de los Naranjos, stroll along the promenade and, of course, go for tapas. Marbella is also perfect for scuba diving and exploring the seabed, cycling or walking along mountain trails.
