The house is just a stone's throw from the beautiful seafront with its numerous sandy beaches, bars and cafes as well as the iconic Sitges church and other historic landmarks in this original part of the town.
Casa Cipres has recently been completely reformed and modernised to a very high standard and is fully air-conditioned throughout. This chic Catalan town house oozes style and charm and provides a unique opportunity to enjoy the very best of this modern holiday resort while at the same time experiencing a little piece of its history.
The house has plenty of outside space private balconies off 2 of the bedrooms and a delightful roof terrace off the master suite. There is also a partly covered courtyard style dining area next to the kitchen.
As well as having all of the attractions of Sitges on your doorstep, the house is only a 10-minute stroll to the train station from where a frequent service runs right into the centre of Barcelona in just 30 minutes. There is also a frequent service to and from Barcelona airport.
ACCOMMODATION
Casa Cipres has been remodelled in a contemporary style while at the same time enhancing many of the original features typical of a traditional Mediterranean house such as high beamed ceilings, white washed walls, wooden shutters and quirky outside spaces.
Despite its town centre location the house offers a haven of tranquility with bright, airy and spacious accommodation arranged across 3 floors as follows;
Ground Floor
The house entrance leads directly into the attractive living room with high beamed ceiling and plenty of light. This room is stylishly furnished with a bright comfortable sofa and a small dining area as well as TV.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a serving window through to the living room. The kitchen leads out to a partly covered courtyard style dining area furnished with a contemporary style dining table seating up to 6 guests.
There is also a toilet on this floor.
1st Floor
An industrial style staircase leads from the lounge up to the first floor where there are two nicely furnished bedrooms and a large bathroom. Both bedrooms have quaint balconies furnished with a small table and chairs.
There is also a small study area located off one of the bedrooms that provides the perfect space for a little quiet relaxation.
Top Floor
The top floor of Casa Cipres is taken up by the master suite and adjoining roof terrace. The roof terrace has sunbeds and a chic dining area in which to enjoy a cocktail in peace whilst enjoying the views across the rooftops of the old town.

Bedroom 1 – 1st floor - Double or twin bedroom with small balcony, built-in wardrobe and TV.
Bedroom 2 – 1st floor - Bunk beds with built in wardrobes & balcony.

BALCONIES AND ROOF TERRACE
Casa Cipres has numerous outside spaces including two quaint balconies that lead off the twin bedroom, bunk bed room and the studio on the 1st floor. Both are furnished with a table and chairs.
The master suite has a beautiful private roof terrace that provides a great escape from the hussle and bussle of the town center. The terrace is accessed through french doors and features a dining table and chairs as well as two sunbeds. There is also a sun shade for comfort.
The ground floor has a partly covered courtyard style dining area with table and seating for 6 guests.
