Option A: 14 nights (from the first to the 15th): €5,000;
Option B: 16 nights (from 15th to 31st): €5,500;
Option C: entire month (from the first to the 31st): €9,000.

SEPTEMBER:
Option A: 14 nights (from the first to the 15th): €2,900;
Option B: 15 nights (from 15th to 30th): €2,500;
Option C: entire month (from the first to the 30th): €4,800.

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS, SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

Maximum number of guests: 7;
Pets allowed, at a cost of €20 per day;
Security deposit: €1,000, which will be returned at the end of the lease, after checking that there is no damage to the property and furnishings;
Electricity and water consumption (flat rate): €100 per week (or €400 per month);
Final cleaning: free.
