Large and bright studio flat with balcony for two people, located on the second floor (with lift) of Palazzo Candiani, a few steps from the Polytechnic University and Milano Bovisa station. The apartment is furnished with a large kitchen, a table, a double sofa bed, a TV, a large wardrobe. Finally, there is a bathroom with a window and shower cubicle. Dishwasher, washing machine, high-speed internet are among the amenities. In the common areas available to guests there are a garage and a gym.

Bovisa is also a historical district, with its own city center and period buildings, and it is well connected to Milan city center and the main stations.
