The open kitchen is spacious and equipped with all amenities and appliances, including a microwave oven, an electric one and induction hobs, and with a table for 3 - 4 people. The bedroom with double bed is furnished with a large 4-door wardrobe. The bathroom, with a window, is equipped with sanitary ware and shower cubicle. The apartment has air conditioning and thanks to a modern home automation system, it is possible to regulate the temperature and to open and close windows and doors from your mobile phone. Bovisa is also a historical district, with its own city center and period buildings, and it is well connected to Milan city center and the main stations.

From Bovisa station (a few minutes' walk away) there are frequent connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops on the urban railway link (Passante ferroviario). The yellow underground station of Dergano is about a 15-minute walk.
