Giuly's house with sea view, private park, full op

The accommodation

Large newly renovated SEA VIEW apartment. Located 30 meters from the sea, it consists of an entrance corridor with built-in wardrobe; living room with large sliding glass door leading to the SEA VIEW balcony and equipped with awning. There is a sofa, a dining table, a 50-inch smart TV, and soft chromotherapy lights that you can change to your liking via remote control.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine with welcome capsules, smart TV.
The largest room is equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed with slats and a memory foam mattress. A comfortable 5-door wardrobe will contain your clothes and you can store your suitcase on the appropriate suitcase rack; air conditioning, wifi and smart TV.
The second bedroom is composed of a bridge wardrobe with a mechanism to "lower clothes" to your height and 2 single beds which can become a double bed by placing them together (on request); air conditioning, wifi, smart TV. A camping cot for children is available on request.
The bathroom with window has a large shower: a small step separates the suspended bathroom fixtures from the sink and washing machine. Upon your arrival you will find towels: shower, face, bidet for each guest, soap, (in the months of June, July, August, September you will also have beach towels) as well as a first bathroom kit including shower shampoo.
Each room is equipped with smart TV, wifi, data network, air conditioning, electric shutters. There is also a safe in the accommodation.
The accommodation is impeccable, for this reason I have chosen NOT to accept animals. (even though I personally love them).

At check in, the sum of €1 will be collected for each guest (who meets the requirements) per day for a maximum of 5 days as a withholding for the tourist tax. (from April 1st to October 31st each year).
