Fully renovated apartment, very spacious (70m2), all exterior. It is a 2nd floor without stairs with very nice views of the Valley, Sierra Nevada, the Sierra de la Contraviesa. Very comfortable beds. 48 "screen TV. Internet in the apartment with very good speed. Very spacious and comfortable kitchen-living room. Very well equipped kitchen. Oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, 2-meter refrigerator, with a very large freezer. A terrace with a brand new pergola with incredible views. Pets allowed.

Approved routes in the surroundings. Wonderful small villages in the middle and high mountains with a medieval-Moorish style.
Ideal as a base for cyclists and runners. We are 37 km from the nearest beach and only 15 km from the Sierra Nevada National Park. We are in the geographical centre of the Alpujarra Granadina, very close to the Alpujarra Almeriense.
