The accommodation

Spacious home in Ses Salines, near the famous Es Trenc beach, with a private pool and accommodations for 8 guests. The outdoor space is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate, featuring a 5x2.75m saltwater pool (1.5m deep) for refreshing dips, a well-kept garden with sun loungers, and a shaded porch with a BBQ and a large dining table for memorable family meals. As the home is located in town, there are direct neighbors.

Inside, this recently renovated three-story house is stylishly decorated for comfort and relaxation. The ground floor includes a cozy living-dining room with a Smart TV and an open kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. A laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available, along with a guest bathroom.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and AC, plus two bathrooms with bathtubs, one of which is en suite. The top floor features a final bedroom with AC and access to a private terrace with a chill-out area. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Ses Salines provides everything you need—supermarkets, banks, and pharmacies—while nearby attractions include Es Trenc beach, Mondragó Natural Park, and picturesque coves like Cala s’Almonia, Caló des Moro, and Cala Figuera. The fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi is ideal for enjoying fresh seafood or taking a boat trip to the protected Cabrera Island
