The accommodation
Our cozy and authentic apartment is situated in a great location, perfect for families and children. The pool entrance is just in front of the property, where you can relax in the terrace and see the kids playing or swimming at the pool.
Location
Only a small walk (3-4 minutes) to Playa Lisa and Tamarit (200m). Perfect beach for children and very good for sports such as windsurfing kitesurfing paddle surfing etc.
It is close to all local amenities: restaurants, shops, hairdresser, fish store etc
15 mins walk to the port.
10 mins walk to Pola park (3mmins drive)
Only 10-15 mins drive from Alicante airport
Tabarca Island – 20 min boat trip away

The apartment is situated on the first floor out of two. The property is in a private development and has barriered parking which is for residents and guests only, access with cards only.
The pool and tennis courts are communal. It is for residents and guests only.
The pool is divided for both children and adults. There is also poolside showers and surveillance.
