We are in a place that exudes peace, tranquillity, purity. A place where the uniqueness of the trulli and ancient rustic dwellings make the landscape imbued with charm and suggestion yes simple and genuine. This place is called Valle d'Itria and is the setting for this splendid property nestled between the coutryside of Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica.

Trulli Kairos represents the uniqueness of Puglia, thanks to its subdivision into lamie and trulli that create veritable suites among the olive trees. The property has no less than 5 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, 3 of which are perfectly located in the completely independent trulli, while 2 others are in the main building but with separate entrances. Internally there is also a large living room with bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.Amidst olive trees and green vegetatio, this villa is immersed in a vast plot of approximately 15.000 sq.m. In the middle of the centuries-old olive grove and overlooking a small enchanting valley typical of Valle d'Itria with olive, figs, carobs and oak trees is the swimming pool, a reserved and peaceful place. The pool is 3 by 12 metres and not far from the pool there is a large pool for water lilies and a terrace with a relaxation area where there are sunbeds and deckchairs to enjoy the sun or a gazebos to relax in the shade.

Beyond the swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the Itria valley there is a beautiful solar sauna which can be used for an extra €300. Furthermore there is a small outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a yoga room that can be used free of charge for all lovers of this discipline.

It is a few kilometers from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Alberobello, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli and only 30 minutes by car from Brindisi airport and 60 minutes by car from Bari airport.
