With 47 m², distributed in a living room with an integrated kitchen/American kitchen, a complete bathroom (bathtub) and a bedroom, with two 90cm single beds and in the living room a sofa bed.
It has a balcony in the bedroom and access to a terrace from the living room, with views of the garden areas of the urbanization.
Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom and CEILING fans in both rooms, flat screen TV in the living room.
Kitchen equipped with washing machine, microwave, four-burner ceramic hob, oven, Italian coffee maker, toaster, iron, large refrigerator.

We have a private outdoor parking space less than 500 meters from the urbanization available to guests.
