Fantastic villa located in the Roca de Malvet urbanization in a very quiet street in the town of Santa Cristina d'Aro, to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava in a place surrounded by nature

It is located in an idyllic setting with easy access to the main coves and beaches of the Costa Brava, 9,4 km from the nearest beaches of S'Agaró and Sant Feliu de Guíxols

The house consists of two floors. In the lower part there is a dining room living room with access to the pool and the garden, 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with massage shower. Outside there is a large terrace with private pool, deckchairs for sunbathing, barbecue, parasols and tables for lunch in the shade or alfresco dining

On the upper floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 3 with a single bed), a bathroom with a bathtub and a wide list of additional services and amenities:
