Welcome to the completely renovated one-bedroom apartment, located in the exclusive Benal Beach urbanization. In this cozy home you will find a double sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. Enjoy all the comforts with air conditioning in the living room, although it is not in the bedroom. Parking is shared, so in July and August it can be difficult to find a space. The air conditioning and heating are programmed to activate by time, to maintain responsible energy consumption. I am available by phone from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and through messages on the page, for any questions or problems that may arise during your stay. Even if I am not present at the key handover, you can count on the assistance of the cleaner, the maintenance guy, and my availability in the same town.
