The accommodation

It is a penthouse apartment located on Avenida Juan de Borbón. Ideal to spend a few days in Murcia as a tourist or for those people who for work or business have to move to our city.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, free high-speed wifi internet connection, air conditioning, central heating with radiators, two televisions, one in the living room with Netflix and one in the master bedroom, a large terrace, etc.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped to make travelers feel at home, with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

The attic is very bright. All its rooms, except for its two bathrooms, have windows to the outside.

The house is distributed on two floors and has two bathrooms, one on each floor. On the base floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1,50m and television, and the other with a single bed and a sofa bed.

On the upper floor, our accommodation has a separate kitchen, living room and a large terrace of 55 meters, with beautiful views of the city, where you can enjoy the wonderful climate of Murcia, as well as a romantic dinner by candlelight.

It has a parking space located in the same building.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
Pets are not allowed.
Respect for the neighborhood.
Parties are prohibited.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed.
Delayed check-in or check-out (whenever possible) will incur a supplement of €30.
