The accommodation

Very well located apartment in the center for those looking to move around the city by walk. Ideal to spend a few days in Murcia as a tourist or for those people who have to move to our city for work or business.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, free high-speed wifi internet connection, air conditioning with a heat pump, an electric fireplace, two televisions with an extensive list of channels (including some international), Netflix, etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make travelers feel at home, with a microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

The attic is very bright. All rooms have windows to the outside.

The living room has two windows and a large window from which you can access the terrace. It also has a sofa bed.

The bedroom has a double bed of 1.50m, dressing table, television and a dressing room of 5m2.

Our accommodation has a large terrace of 50 meters, overlooking the dome of the cathedral, where you can enjoy the wonderful climate of Murcia, as well as a romantic dinner by candlelight.

On the ground floor of the building is the Murcia Regional Film Library where you can enjoy a film in its original version. The mission of the Francisco Rabal Film Library of the Region of Murcia is to recover, preserve and disseminate the cinematographic heritage of the Region of Murcia, as well as satisfy the demands for training, experimentation and audiovisual practices.
