The accommodation
It is a building of significant historical value. It is a former rural school built at the end of the 1920s and remained in operation until 1964 for multi-grade classes. It still retains its architectural characteristics of the time and some internal peculiarities. the apartment intended for guests, which is the same one in which the teacher lived at the time, is composed of a living room, a double bedroom, a children's room with 2 or 3 beds, kitchen and bathroom. Double bedroom and kitchen have exit onto a large terrace with splendid panoramic view. There is an external courtyard to be used as a parking lot or as a garden area.

It is possible to visit Frasassi Caves (Genga 30km), the sea in Senigallia 30km, Loreto, Recanati, Urbino, Ancona. It is situated in the area of verdicchio wine. There are many cellars all around where is possible to make wine testing and visit wineyards.
