The house consists of a fully equipped open plan living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment is located in a particularly quiet quiet area just 3km from the Poetto beach and 6km from the city of Cagliari.
Being in one of the main streets of the city it is possible to find any type of service within walking distance including restaurants, bars, tobacconists, Pharmacies, banks, supermarkets etc.

Activities and attractions

The area is perfectly connected and by public transport you can reach all the places you want.
At 1.8km there is the shopping center "Le Vele" with cinema, shops and many other services.
In the evening it is possible to take walks in the area of Viale Colombo full of clubs and restaurants, while 3km away the tourist area of Poetto is animated by many clubs with live music and discos that animate the area even more.
